Our journey started with a patch of raw land, a lot of determination, and the drive to create something lasting. We’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and what landowners really need—and now, we offer that knowledge and experience to folks like you.
Founder Hector Pabon brings hands-on experience from multiple trades — including construction, concrete work, mechanical repair, and carpentry. With years of hard-earned skills and a strong work ethic, Hector and the ZMH team take pride in every job, whether it’s building a fence, tuning up a farm truck, or prepping land for your next big step.
